By accessing or using AgentFlow (the “Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You are responsible for the agents you create and the content they process. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. AI providers & keys

When you supply your own API keys, you remain bound by the terms of the underlying AI provider. Keys are encrypted at rest.

5. Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentFlow is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
